Mehta & McConnell, PLLC was founded in 2021 to represent individuals who are injured at work or due to the negligence of someone else.
We may be a new firm, but founding partners Viral Mehta and Jason McConnell bring over 40 years of combined legal experience to your case. Both of our attorneys began their legal careers as defense attorneys representing large corporations and insurance companies, but we now exclusively represent injured individuals. We believe our previous defense experience gives us a unique perspective and advantage that a lot of other attorneys simply do not have when going against insurance companies.
